Advancing Marine and Boater Education in Kootenai County

Mahogany Boater’s Education Association, in partnership with StanCraft Wooden Boats, is a non-profit association dedicated to advancing marine and boater education for Kootenai County. Established in the Idaho Panhandle, we are a bridge connecting marine enthusiasts, the Kootenai County river and lake communities, law enforcement, and search and rescue. Our mission is to foster a safer and more informed boating community through education, community involvement, and first responder support.
